Error loading operating system

hy.. I have the following system : MSI K9NU Neo-V Chipset Uli M1697,Geil 2x512 800mhz,athlon 64 3500+,maxtor 120gb IDE Hdd.
I recently bought a Seagate Barracuda 320 gb 7200.10 SATA Hdd. When i try to install WinXP sp2 i get the following error : Error loading operating system.This error appears after i bot from cd and install Raid driver,format the drive..setup copies files..then restart...and before the actual installing should begin i get this error.

Try disconnect your IDE harddisk and try again. After disconnecting the IDE harddisk remember to check in the BIOS that it's set up to boot on the SATA disk.
 
You don't need to load the raid drivers. You won't be able to run a raid in an IDE and SATA drive. Besides the drives need to be of the same size otherwise it only uses 120 gb of your new drive and then your out 200 GB.
