Sorry in advance if this has been asked/fixed before on here..

While playing GTA:SA (I know others have had issues with this series) after a couple minutes into it, textures start to screw up (sorry for not using a better word, but, I don't know what to call it). Mainly trees/bushes (or, I guess textures with transparency in them) do it, but others do it also.

I did replace my old monitor with a different one (just bumped it up to a 17" from a 15" CRT) but can't remember if the problem started right then or not. Here are a few pictures of what goes on:

Also, here's a 3 clip video of it. Quality isn't the best and frame rate isn't the, either (mainly from recording video, fraps always makes it slow while recording for me).

Video link here.

Here are my system specs:

17" Delta Electronics 770 (DE-770)
XP Pro
1GB DDR (not sure of exact specs on RAM)
P4 1.7
GeForce4 5900XT (Originally didn't touch settings, but, later messed around with RivaTuner to try and fix it, but, nothing did)
93.71 Drivers

So, basically, is there something I can do to fix it from doing this? Prefer non-hardware replacement suggestions, though. ;)

Thanks
