I was just wondering if i put windows xp 64bit to a system with dual core 64bit cpu and 512mb of ram, will i see any difference in the page file usage in comparison to windows xp 32bit :?:

Even with 2 gigs of ram windows will use the pagefile. There is some stuff that windows doesnt need in memory to run efficently. Just let windows decide what to put in there. Some programs, mainly older ones, require a page file to run, although thats becoming less and less an issue.

That was an example of my question. Don't worry i will never put 512mb with dual core... 8)

What i'd like to know is if XP 64bit is actually any good period.
Whats the benefits?
