I have a Dell C521, it's about half as wide as a regular PC. The included video card only has DVI out, and I need VGA out to connect to a TV. DVI to VGA adapter doesn't work, apparently some TVs can't use a video signal that's been through an adapter for whatever reason.

I need a card that looks like this

but all the cards for sale look like this (the metal part with the connectors, ie the part you can see from the outside of the PC, is far too long)

Is there anything I can do, or is this PC just not going to be able to do this? I'm curious about this, a short bracket being sold without the video card. Is there some way to get one of those and stick it onto a wider low profile card to make this work?
