still waiting for a reply.

Have now successfully loaded all of Tomtom 5 upgrade after several attempts.
Only thing now is that I cannot activate it. I enter the Product Code as on
the card. It then informs me of the next code to enter and tells me what it
is. This is entered and then I get a message that this is an incorrect
code!!
What next??
