new build ... XP and SP2 ??

Hi,
I am firing up my new pc build with a clean HDD. I have an copy of XP Pro 2002, pre-SP1, floating around so I installed that. I also have a copy of XP SP2 so I installed SP2 next so I can access all of my 160GB HDD.

I did not install anything else ... SP1 or whatever.
Is this a problem? Should I go back and install SP1 before SP2?

I want to have SP2 installed before I connect online and look for MS updates.

Any help for this noob would be great.

Your fine with just SP2. SP2 contains all the fixes that went into SP1 plus all the other updates after SP1 up to a certain date. I have done just as you have and havent had any problems.
