restrict user from network places

We have a laptop accessing our domain through a wireless linksys router.

I created a log on name user on laptop (windows xp) Restricted access.

How do i disable my network places or restrict this area so when you log on as user that you cannot browse the network?

Is there a way to stop access to my network places??
