Im trying to install the driver for the x1650 pro but the computer wont let me. I keep getting an error message "setup was unable to complete the installation. Try setup your display adapter with a standard VGA driver before running setup" during installation. How do I fix that problem or any other ways to get around it?

thx

I'm assuming this isn't a new build and you are upgrading from an older card? If so, put the original card back in, uninstall the drivers for it, *then* try to install the radeon.
