Bad XP PRO Product key

Greetings: I just purchased a new copy of XP PRO off of the internet. After delivery, I installed it, but it said the key was not a good one.

I then used Everest to check and it gave a totally different key. When I used that key, I got the same message.

Am I reduced to calling MS tech to get another one? I did that once 2 years ago on XP Home and felt like some kind of thief.....

Call them. You paid a lot of money for it and it should work out of the box.
