Shed Light On Blue LED

Where should I plug the LED light embedded in the waterblock of the Thermaltake Kandalf LCS (or any similar Thermaltake LCS)? It's a three-pin connector and there are several unused 3-pin fan headers for optional fans on the motherboard. Is it safe to use one of these plug-ins :?:
