I'm trying to create a hotspot for our clients, but need help determining what hardware to use. I'm familiar with SOHO hardware such as the Linksys WRT54G and such, but I want something designed to higher traffic. I need it to run 24x7 and handle up to 500 users at a time. I also need to be able to purchase repeaters and/or range extenders. I know CISCO has some high end models, but they are overkill for all they offer. I just need to block wireless users from seeing each other.

Summary:
1. 24x7 usage
2. Up to 500 concurrent users
3. Wireless repeaters available.
4. Block wireless users from communicating

Any experience?
