Ok i have a dell dimension 9200 with an Intel P965 Express. My cpu is a 6400 and I was wondering if I could OC with my mobo.

I've said it before and I'll say it again:

If you're interested in overclocking, an OEM/retail system is not for you

AND

If you have an OEM/retail system, then overclocking is not for you

And, no, you cannot overclock Dells.

Not through the BIOS. No provisions for it and I've not seen a hacked BIOS for that model.

Pin-modding that CPU to 333Mhz FSB isn't a good idea either. Even if you do it right, the Dell BIOS most likely won't recognize and accept the modded chip.

I completely agree should of just built you're own system, at least you can overclock you're build as much as much you want. Like OEM/retails systems have restrictions on overclocking.
