I've been having a problem for a while now. The visualizations in media player do not detect the audio output. This means that they don't work when I play music; they sometimes sit there at thier default value. I have onboard audio, but I also have a SB X-FI PLatinum I installed a while ago. No sound issues, it comes through beautifully. I also disabled The onboard audio.

Does anyone have any idea on how to get the vizualizations to work again?
