Microsoft did this so that companies that had their VLK stolen and blacklisted could change their product keys to legitimate ones.

I looked on microsoft page and I know how to change cd key but there is a litle problem,you need to hava a activation key and I don´t have it.

Thats because it really only works for the Corp edition of xp, the kind the corporations would use that doent require activation.
Normal xp pro will require you to activate when you change the key, just like when you first installed it.
