help needed building first build

i need help completeing my first home build. currently i have choosen the following
cpu:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ 2.00GHz (Socket AM2) – OEM- £35.24
ram:
1Gb (2X512Mb) Corsair TwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC5400 (667), 240 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 4-4-4-12-£45.24

need help finding a motherboard and a graphics card. will like to spend maxium £30 on graphics and about £50 on motherboard as last resort as i would ideally like to spend about £40. also do i need a heat sink as thats oem.
will like to order everything from scan.co.uk or overclockers.co.uk

Could you elaborate on the usage of this pc? Gaming, overclocking, HTPC, etc.? Personally, I'd get the new AMD 690G chipset-based mobo with onboard graphic: D-SUB, DVI & HDMI. Performance is on par or slightly better than the other similiar offerings such as 6100 chipset.

Could you wait until April 9th or later? There'll be big price cuts for AM2 chips.

Oh, the Corsair is a bit overpriced. If you're not overclocking, you can get any C5 timing ram.

i decided on waiting for the price drops as then core 2 duo might be in my price range
