What is this? --> ACPI driver for ATK 0110. I found this in the driver download area at Asus' site. Do I need it? What does it do? :?:

on my Asus P5W DH Deluxe, it is the driver for the motherboard remote.

I hope you've already found the answer to this question, as i've just stumbled apon it myself. So after doing abit of googling, i've found that its a next generation OS device configuration and power managment driver. So i've decided to download it anyway :)
