Black Screen

Hi I have a Dell B110 and when I turn it on, the BIOS loads and Windows boots up. But before the welcome screen can appear, a black screen appears and remains on. Even though its a piece of crap dell any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

try hitting F8 key when booting and select load last known good condition and see if that works.
