I have trouble with Optiarc SonyNEC AD-7173A. When i put an empty cd into the drive, and when try to open it, i get an error message:

My computer
E:\ is not accessible
Incorrect funcion.

When i open nero, is shows me like the drive is empty.
I can read successfully non-empty cds/dvds
How i can solve this problem?

Sounds like a bad drive, maybe you could try swapping it out for another drive to verify if it's your system or the drive.
