I go to download Vista to my Latop. It first tells me the servers are busy to try back later. I go back. Now M$ tells me I've reached the max of 2 product keys. How nice 2 product keys. But no Vista. Looks like M$ won't let me in to down load.

Don't be so cheap. Order the trial version on disk and pay the S&H.

Every single time I've clicked on the links today, I have gotten that message. I am able to download the "other download manager" links... but I'll be damned if I know what to do with them...

Strange, I always thought their servers were invincible.
I've always downloaded stuff from them at ~4MB/s. 8)

I'm D/L ing it
for the last 1/2 hour...5:00AM here @ 600kb/s :D . Doesn't pay to D/L at the
same time as everyone else (being a nighthawk has advantages).

I had that problem too, but I was able to download it last night. Installing it now... only had one BSOD so far, probably cause it doesn't take to overclocking as well as XP does...

I finally got it last night too... and installed it. No blue screens, no errors. However, getting my Audigy 2 to work was a royal pain in the ass... you would think that MS would have included working drivers for it.

I had to download the XP-64 driver, since Creative's Vista beta driver is absolute crap. I had to install it, re-install it, install the beta Vista driver, re-install the XP-64 driver, then update the driver manually pointing it to the temp files. Like I said... pain in the ass. But somehow in all that covoluted mess it worked.

Now if only my webcam would work, I would be in business.

Next time I fire up my Laptop. I'll see if I can get in. Can't on my main rig. Why because I'm using 2000Pro. Not XP!!!!!!!!
