E6400 to 2.8Ghz?

E6400 to 2.8Ghz? Is the preformance difference(at 2.8GHz) that much different than its stock setting? Is it worth the risk for a new overclockerto take? And is the OC going to make that much of a difference in games and applications or is it just for bragging rights?, i thought i heard someone say you eye can only see 30 fps so is running at 50 fps worth it?

I think the point of not noticing is 60 FPS not 30.

Just monitor your temperatures and you can't really screw that much up...

wow, i had no idea about 30 and 60 fps. Would OCing a E6400 to 2.8Ghz work well with a Geforce 8800 GTS 320mb? or would the OC be necessary?
