How to delete vista

Hi, i installed vista beta 2 on a secondary hard drive then decided i wanted to use it full time so i installed it on my primary hard drive, so my question is how can i delete it off the secondary hard drive? i tried deleting the windows folder but it gives me a permission error.

yah, i dont wanna format is...see thats the issue..

Move the data to other harddrive.
Then Format.
Other than that there is no other way.

You could try loading another OS like Linux then delete the folder when you are not running vista. You could also remove the hard drive and take it to another computer that is running an OS from a different hard drive, and then delete it.

Use a Linux Live CD or a Windows PE CD.
