I have a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer ... it has been working fine for a few years, but now suddenly the computer bleeps on and off saying it's detecting a new usb device. If I take out the mouse and replace it with a new one, then it stops. So I think the usb cable is dying or something??
Anyway, is there a way to get a replacement from Microsoft? Is there a time limit to the warranty (is my mouse too old now?) and how do I go about asking for an RMA if I can?
Thanks!
