Hi there,

I'm at uni and in dire need of a fast and effective peer-to-peer esque program/solution. Basically my internet access is via the uni network, which is very fast for HTTP (3 MBPs+ download speed on HTTP) but all other traffic is significantly limited, FTP, P2P, Skype etc all run about 5 kbps max - entirely useless really. Is there a solution - I've tried tunnelling but can't figure it out! Is there a peer-to-peer type program/network I can connect to through HTTP and so get good speeds?

Any help is appreciated!

Many Thanks
NevyNev
