I know it can do it I just don't know exactly where you need to go. I have the Office 2007 beta installed right now, sorry I couldn't be more of a help. Good luck!

L lolitha Distinguished May 24, 2006 364 0 18,780 Jun 29, 2006 #3 open a word doc then got to file ----> save as ---->in the dilog box choose tools -> security options or if u want 2 adda common password 2 all of the docs in a sanp use winRAR ( if u use more then 6 chars it's hard 2 break)
