Does Win 95 supports USB Printers Scanners ??

Short answer: No.

Win95 C may have USB support... but even so, printer and scanner manufacturers (or all-in-ones) don't make drivers for Windows 95 anyway... and they're even starting to make their drivers for 2000/XP only. (Rare, but it does happen).
