I can't get catylist 6.6 for X64 because the computer that has the MSI X1900 XTX doesn't have an internet connection yet. This computer doesn't have a 64-bit processor or OS.
If it were possible to get the Catylist without the Frame.net or control center that would work too, but I can't find it. Otherwise I need another driver that can be downloaded on a 32 bit computer and moved to the new one

Should be able to download any file you want and save it to send to the other computer. I can download 64-bit Linux drivers on Windows if I so desire... they won't install, obviously... but I can download the files.
