The N1 wireless desktop card's model is F5D8001 and my desktop model is Dell E821.
At first, the computer ran great and the software and hardware could be installed properly. After doing those simple installations, I was able to connect to the network. But not more than 5 minutes, my computer froze and my mouse cursor could not move. And I had to switch off the computer and turn it on again. I checked the card to see if it had been installed properly, unplugged and plugged the card, reinstalled the software. Amazingly, the problem still exists!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone knows what is going on??????
