I can't decide which one is better for overclocking. I'm aware that the Asus P5N32-E uses the 680 chipset and the Asus P5N32-E PLUS uses the 650 chipset.

But which one is best for overclocking??

I'm gonna match one of those boards with:
E6600 conroe
2x1GB Cosair Dominator PC6400.

Any advice on which chipset is better for overclocking?
Help, I'm ripping my hair out right now!

I don't know which is better but i'll tell you about my experience with my board. I've overclocked my e6400 to over 3.6GHz on air with my P5N32-E SLI. Running it at 3GHz now with a lower-than-stock vcore. NB and SB get pretty hot, wish they made a better active cooling solution. My cpu temps have always been a little higher than average though (40-50C).

Heres a good reivew about the P5N32-E SLI Plus VS 680I chipsets. They put it against the Abit IN9 32X-MAX 680i.

It's a good read.

I have the P5N32-E SLI pLus and so far it's been working fine for me. I did have one weird area when OC'ing. It wouldn't do 1600fsb/800mem but it does do 1610fsb/805mem just fine for just over 3.2ghz fine. I haven't tried to take it higher yet. I'm not that big into OC'ing, just wanted to get a little extra out of my E6600.
