8800 GTX SLI Help!!!

Hello,

I have followed the instructions correctly, and have both 8800 GTX cards hooked up correctly. My problem is that I do not get the pop up saying that there is new hardware to install. I figured maybe since the driver was already previously installed i would not have an issue. I checked under the 3d setings, and there is no SLI option to enable it. Can anyone please help! Current system is listed below:

Intel e6700
2 gigs of Corsair XMS2 Dominator PC-6400
2 x 8800GTX BFG Cards
EVGA 680i LT SLI motherboard

Remove and reinstall driver. What OS are you running? XP or Vista?

I am running xp. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling and updating the drivers, and I still get nothing. is there a bios setting I am missing?

Do you have the SLi bridge installed?

Yes, the SLI bridge is installed. I have even tried to rotate it thinking maybe it was upside down. Still nothing.
