Hi guru,

I have an external USB HDD which has been formatted by a Windows 2000 box (NTFS and file compression activated). Now, I have upgraded the Windows 2000 box to Windows 2003, but I can't access the Windows 2000 partition of the USB HDD any more.

The Windows 2003 box doesn't even recognize the USD HDD partition as NTFS format! I know that NTFS has been changed from Windows 2000 to 2003, but they should backward compatible. Could anyone tell me how to access the partition of my USB HDD again?

Thanks a lot.
