blue screen error

is there any one who can help with my problem. my windows xp always crash and pop up this blue screen error kernel page indata error something like this
i tried to reformat my harddisk but no luck after i day here he goes again crashing windows follow up by this blue screen error.
my system is
athlon xp 3000+,
mobo: msi kt600
harddisk: seagate 80gb sata
vcard:msi 5700 agp
memory: 1gb kingston pc3200

hope any anyone can help me
