I have just installed a server with 3 workstations. All are running xp pro, Cat 6 wire, Gig switch & cards. All machines have at least 1gb of mem, server has 2gb.
Workstation to server file transfer is great, 5 seconds. Server to workstation is horrible where the same file takes about 2 minutes. Have tried everything, replaced NIC cards, Switch, turned off all virus etc.

If I log into the Server, I can transfer out the same file to a workstation in about 10 seconds. So I can push out fine. Its pulling data that is really bad.

Am I missing a setting somewhere?
