help!!!! virus or trojan???

there is a virus in my system which has disabled NORTON ANTIVIRUS Auto-Protect.
the virus goes by the name win*.tmp.exe and has lodged itself in the registry.
I tried Spyware Doctor and removed it .
But on system restart it resurfaces.
What should I do to remove it??
The virus/trojan goes by the name Trojan.Downloader.Small.CQB/CML
