Gearing up for final specs, input

Okay so, here's what I'm leaning towards building for my new machine. ANy input is welcome so please let me know what everyone's thoughts are.

Right now it consists of 2 hd's strapped to raid 0. I have an old 300gb seagate drive from my old comp I'm gonna use for the time being for any backup files. Additionally I plan on OC'ing the rig so is there any real weakspots in the system? I didn't include any cd drives or a power source because I didn't know if the antec 900 came with a decent power source and what's a decent cd drive anymore? I know the e6600 is set to drop price in a week or two so I won't be buying it until then. Is there any real advantage over a e6420 when you OC it?
