I work in an office where my appointments are made for me at a central
booking point in Outlook. It is a government organisation so I am not
allowed to plug in my PPC - I call in occasionally to discuss the boookings
and take them away. At the moment my appointments are printed out for me
and I laboriously enter them in Outlook either at home or on my PPC. Can
anyone suggest a better method then this?
(I would prefer not to do it by email - I know that would be easier but for
some reason they don't want to do that. I was thinking of asking them to
export the appointments to a file I would plug in my flash drive and import
them into my Outlook) ....Help!

Ted,
If you are not able to connect your P/PC to your desktop unit, you options
are fairly limited. Your flash drive idea is probably the best if you can
get that approved.
