i want to upgrade to am2 will i have to use the ddr2 slots on the card or can i use the ddr pc3200 ram i have on my motherboard.

I was considering that board, and I believe on the Asrock site it mentions that you have to use the RAM slots on the addon board when it is being used. I.e. you'd have to use DDR2 with the AM2 socket.

Consider the Asrock Dual 775series, they can use DDR and DDR2 for any intel 775 processor, inc. C2D
