My SpeedFan temps seem to have "changed?"

In speedfan my temps used to read:

Temp2 = 24C
Core0/1 = 28C

Now for some reason I am getting:

Temp2 = 34C
Core0/1 =28C



For some odd reason my temp 2 has gone up 10C. I even tried reinstalling it but didnt make any differance. I was under the impression that temp2 was like the board temp or something. Anyone know why this might happen?

Which sensor is reporting as Temp2 (check under config). Does it increase when under load? (if yes, then probably NB, if not then SB).

As previously posted, this may be due to a BIOS update.

Also, have you applied any offsets to the temps in SpeedFan (as per the Temperature Guide posted on this forum?)
