I purchased a HP 940e from Best Buy back in October, worked fine for about month and a half, then stopped burning labels. I sent it back to HP, they had it for about a month, sent it back, worked fine for another month and a half. Now it's back to doing nothing, can't burn data or labels.

I've noticed the HP 840 is the most popular model being sold anywhere. Does anyone have the 840 or 940, and have you had any problems with them?
