Ok im a noob and i need some help with the SATA HD...My question is when you have a single SATA HD how do you set this up to install windows?Do i have to enable RAID in the Bios?the MOB is the M2N-E is there anything special the needs to be done to format the HD or is it just plug and play?

No, you do not have to enable RAID. They are basically plug and play. Just plug it in and see if it's detected in your BIOS. It seems like when I built my PC, the ports came disabled, so I had to go into the BIOS and enable them. They are really no different than an IDE to work with.
