I just finished installing Windows XP Home OEM, created my account and clicked to log in when, to my complete surprise, I was prompted to enter my password.

Nobody was in the room while the XP software was installing, and I didn't create a password for my account (I didn't even have the option), so absolutely nobody at my house knows what the password is. I already checked the documentation that came with the software and it doesn't mention any password.

Anybody know how I can log on to my computer?

Did you try hitting enter without entering a password?

That's the very first thing I tried. Unfortunately that is not the correct password.
