(I'll unlock the hidden pipelines, as mentioned in the reviews, and most likely replace the fan)

I like the 6200 mainly because it is cheap, but the 7300GT I can just plug it in and that should be it. With the 6200 I'll have to do a little work and replace the fan (which makes it not as cheap as I thought).
I'll mostly be watching movies, the most intense game I would play would be Civilization 4, and I'm sure both can handle it. I'm looking for something that'll give me no fuss and no noise.
Which one (or if you know any better for me) would fit me best?

7300 GT hands down. Latest architecture, rated well for budget gaming. It should serve you well for years. The 6200 is old in comparison.
Multiple websites have given favorable reviews of the 7300 GT as an inexpensive, bang for the buck card. Performance wise, it's close to the 6600 GT while the 6200 is way behind.
