So my wife's PC crapped out the other day and I was trying to take the TV Tuner from it and put it in my PC, only problem is, I can't find any 64-bit drivers, any help?

It's a board dedicated to Sony Vaio PCs, shipped with Win XP 32bit, so the driver is for this OS only.
