New Build Need Advice

Hi Guys,
I am planning to rebuild my system.
My current system right i have this asus p4V800 mobo
intel pentium 4 3.06GHZ, 1gb of ddr kingston memory, and the hdd i have are ide also same thing for dvd-rw drive.

Now i am looking at this parts for the rebuild
i am thinking of getting the
GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 ATX Intel Motherboard
or
BIOSTAR TForceP965 LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard
E6400 or E6300 Can't make up my mind.
At least 2GB of memory and not sure what brand to go with.
No plans on overcloking. just to able to play some decent games. thanks. for your advice guys.

6300 and Biostar. For your intended use, they'll do the trick very nicely. And these are cheaper too.

6400 and DS3 if you plan on overclocking alot. If not, 6300 and Biostar for sure.

Good choices on the Mobo and CPU, Your budget will detemine what level video card you should buy. Tom's Graphics reviews has a great article every month on what card for your $$$. April just came out so give it a scan.

I have a Video card already.
The video Card i have is Evga 7900 GT CO 256MB Pci express card. What memory do you guys recommend.
