Hi Guys!

I want to be able to watch everything I want without being bothered by constant codec downloads but I don't know if a codec pack is the best idea as it slows down your machine, creates conflicts.......

Can someone please advise what to do?

thanks in advance for replies

There is only one one-stop-shop solution I know of.
It has yet to fail me regarding formats:

Download it here and it can also play Real and Quick stuff:
http://www.k-litemegacodecpack.com/

It features the Media PLayer Classic. Bland but very powerful!
