Vista transformation pack disabled hibernation.

Why does the vista transformation pack stop hibernation from working and is there any way to fix it without reinstalling windows.
I installed the vista trnasformation pack the other day and once it was installed the hibernation only works once per bootup of windows. Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it. I reinstalled windows a while ago after this happened and didn't put the vtp on for a while and then it put the vtp on a it stuffed the hiberation up again.

yeah I gave up on it since it causes more issues that the visuals are worth
