Can anyone explain what Hitachi are actually trying to get across in their
HDTV ads that seem to be pandemic lately? The keep saying something about
"for the first time ever" a TV shaped like a frame of film. Hello? Haven't
lots of people been making widescreen aspect TVs for years now?

Are they talking about something else their ads fail to get across?

Or do they just mean "for the first time ever if you are Hatachi"?
