Neat looking memory cooler, but does it really work?

Has anyone had any experience with this memory cooler?

I think it would have a great visual effect for all those windowed cases, IF it really works....so who knows, is it really effective?

I'm sure it does fine, considering aluminum heat spreaders do the job well enough. I am questioning the 19 dba rating as there are a pair of fans spinning at 4500 rpm. Probably will put out a high pitched "whine" sort of sound.

The fans are small, so 4500 rpm is not very noisy for that size fan.
