excel and wints 2k3

hi!

have several ts clients who during their session runs an excel file that contains macros, excel closes/crashes.

even if i connect from XP (via mstsc) to wints and open the same excel, i would get the same result.

i recreated the user profile in the ts server but the problem persists.

any idea how to fix this?

is it also occuring if you don't use RDP? doing it locally?
make sure office is fully patched and updated
