Problems running ddr2 800 @ 667 speeds on 775dual-vsta

I just bought 2 gigs ddr2 800 Partiot memory and I can't get it running stable at 667 speeds (333). I can't run it with a cas latency of 3 at 333 MHz but it works fine at 533 speeds with that latency. I have an asrock 775dual-vsta board with the 2.6 bios. I've tried many different settings with voltage (I have no clue what voltage my motherboard provides but I've tried low, medium, high and auto in bios with no luck. The memory needs 2.2V) I can boot into windows at 667 speeds if I change my cas to 5 and put the voltage on auto but cpuz says my memory is running at 280 when it is set at 333 in bios (I have a small overclock on my E6400). What can I do if anything to get it stable at the faster speed? Thanks for the help in advance :D

You'll probably have to get a better quality MB; there's a reason why it's so cheap.

I got a freakin' cheap ECS board with a Fry's deal that works better than many I've seen. OCing is a little low, but i didn't need it anyway! :)

@OP get a better mobo. Asus or GB will do fine.

I'll probably wait a little longer until I upgrade; I have a 7800.....gs

Any suggestions for memory settings though @ 667. I have it a 290 MHz right now 3-3-3-8 1T with a small oc, so it isn't too bad. I'd like to get it to 350 though
