Hi,
I just bought a new computer, specs are below. As you can see it's quite a good machine, but every few hours when I play WoW it decides to freeze up and make me reset it. This only happens in WoW as all my other games run fine (eg BF2, Condemned at 1600x1200 full settigns) and I'm wondering what I can do to fix it. I've tried lowering the settings, turning SLI on and off etc in WoW, but no luck. I've not OC'd anything

AMD Athlon FX-62 dual core
nForce590 motherboard
2Gb Corsair DDR2Ram (4-4-4-12 timings)
2 x 74Gb Raptor HDs (10,000 rpm) in raid 0
GeForce 7950GTX2 vid card
Creative soundblaster audigy 2 ZS
Win XP Pro 64

Any help would be appreciated,
Mark

Two things, run memtest. For at least three full passes, it'll take about an hour.

Make sure your powersupply is at least 500watts, preferably 600w.

Even if the system doesn't NEED 600 watts, the amperage requirements on the single cable that runs to your GPU is usually only beefy enough on monster supplies.
That GPU of yours is an absolute watt-monster...
